Healthcare equipment
Medical equipment financing conversations.
Prepare a U.S. medical equipment inquiry with a clear asset scope, supplier, installation plan, and contracting organization.

Define the equipment and the facility
For imaging, diagnostic, treatment, or supporting technology, identify the system, supplier, equipment condition, facility location, and intended deployment date. Separate the equipment purchase from construction, software, training, and ongoing service costs.
Coordinate operational acceptance
Installation, testing, training, and acceptance may involve different teams. Ask the supplier and financing partner how those milestones interact with the start of payments. The financing conversation does not replace clinical, regulatory, licensing, or site-readiness review.
Plan for service and removal
Clarify maintenance, warranty transferability, replacement components, deinstallation, and return responsibilities. If the system stores patient or business information, identify the data-handling process before disposal.
- Who is the legal contracting entity?
- Is the quote for new or refurbished equipment?
- Which installation and service costs are separate?
- What support is expected throughout the proposed term?
