The USA name identifies the website’s intended market; it does not represent a separate U.S. incorporation or office. The public website is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States. The inquiry workspace is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Use of the service

This website provides equipment project information and a way to contact Leaseworld about business or organizational projects. You must be authorized to provide the information and documents you submit. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another user’s information, disrupt the service or upload malicious files.

Information and financing

Website content is general information, not individualized legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Project budgets, historic case terms and descriptions of structures are not financing offers. The provider’s written agreement determines any financing obligations. See Our role for the introduction process.

Sending a request does not commit either party to a transaction, guarantee a response time or authorize a charge. A separate agreement is required for any paid service. We may ask for more information or explain that we cannot assist with a particular project.

Your submissions

Only upload relevant project documents such as supplier quotes and equipment specifications. Do not upload sensitive personal identifiers, account credentials, patient information or confidential information you are not authorized to share. Our privacy notice explains how requests and attachments are handled.

Content and external links

Leaseworld and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in website text, images, branding and software. You may use the information for your internal project review; other reproduction or commercial reuse requires the applicable permission.

Linked third-party sites operate under their own terms. Product names, illustrative images and technical references do not establish endorsement, a customer relationship or an agreement with a manufacturer or institution.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in preparing the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that general content remains appropriate for every project. Tell us about an error so we can review it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory protections under applicable law.
