Privacy information for the published Leaseworld USA website and its project preparation form. Online inquiry collection is not yet open.
Operator details and the referral arrangement must be confirmed, and the complete service reviewed by qualified U.S. counsel. The website does not currently accept or transmit online inquiries.
Current preview
The project preparation form keeps entered details in the page's memory only. It does not submit them to Leaseworld, a financing partner, or any backend. Reviewing the inquiry does not send an email. Leaving or reloading the page clears the draft. The application does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.
Website requests
Loading a page necessarily sends connection information to the server serving it. The public website is hosted on a DigitalOcean server in the United States. Technical access and error logs support website operation and security. The final retention policy and contact process are being completed before inquiry collection opens. No claim is made that network access is anonymous.
Planned referral flow
The intended live flow sends inquiries to the Leaseworld intake workspace at admin.leaseworld.fr. Only after Leaseworld imports and assigns a U.S. inquiry does it become available in the restricted financing-partner workspace at admin.leaseworldusa.com. The technical recipient, legal data recipients, controller roles, and any international transfers must be identified and reviewed before this flow is enabled.
Proposed information categories
The form is limited to business contact details, organization type, equipment category, installation state, estimated budget range in U.S. dollars, timing, and a short project description. It does not request credit reports, government identifiers, financial statements, or file uploads.
Items required before live collection
The final notice must identify the controller and contact details, purposes and applicable legal bases, named or appropriately described recipients, retention periods, international transfer arrangements, and applicable privacy rights and complaint routes. It must explain referral-related sharing accurately rather than promising that information is never shared.
