Your Leaseworld contact
Leaseworld helps businesses and organizations describe equipment needs, organize a project and explore a financing introduction. We are your initial contact for the project and coordinate the introduction process. The service is intended for business and organizational equipment, not personal or household credit.
Financing decisions and agreements
Leaseworld does not lend funds, make credit decisions, issue financing offers or enter into the equipment financing agreement as the financing provider. The provider assesses the applicant and the equipment, requests any application documents, and determines whether to make an offer.
Leaseworld does not negotiate financing terms, select an offer for you, collect financing repayments or handle transaction funds. Applications, underwriting, pricing, offers and financing agreements are handled directly by the financing provider. Submitting a request is not a credit application, authorization to obtain a consumer credit report, approval or commitment to provide financing. Any rates, fees, guarantees, purchase options, return obligations and other terms must be set out in the actual proposal and agreement.
Partner selection and compensation
We work through financing relationships and do not claim to compare every provider or every financing product. The intended provider will be identified during the project discussion so you can review its offer and privacy information before proceeding.
Leaseworld may receive a referral fee from the financing provider in connection with an introduction or completed transaction, where permitted for the activity, product and jurisdiction involved. Compensation can create a commercial interest in the introduction. Ask us about the arrangement for your project. Submitting this website form does not authorize any charge or create a fee agreement with Leaseworld. Any proposed client-paid service or fee requires separate disclosure and agreement.
Project information
Your request is received by Leaseworld first. Project details, contact information and any attachments may be shared with a financing provider to respond to the request, consistent with your acknowledgment and our privacy notice. An introduction does not oblige you to accept an offer.
Provide only information you are authorized to share. A provider may request further financial information through its own approved process; do not attach Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, bank credentials or sensitive personal records to this initial request.
Location and reviewing a proposal
The applicable state, the actual financing structure and the activities performed determine any licensing, registration and disclosure requirements. Calling a service an introduction does not by itself create an exemption. An introduction may be unavailable where the applicable requirements have not been established. Availability and terms depend on the applicant, equipment, supplier, location and provider review. Historical cases and equipment guides are not offers or eligibility guarantees. Review any agreement with your legal, tax, accounting and procurement advisers as appropriate.
