A referral service
Leaseworld introduces businesses and organizations to financing partners. Leaseworld does not provide financing, make credit decisions, issue offers, or enter into financing agreements as the finance provider. A project inquiry is not a credit application.
Partner decisions
The partner determines whether it can consider the request and whether it will offer any financing. Any offer is subject to that partner's review and requirements. No approval, rate, payment amount, turnaround time, or other term is guaranteed.
Partner selection and compensation — pending confirmation
Before live inquiries are enabled, this disclosure must identify the applicable referral relationship, explain any referral compensation, and describe how a partner is selected. The preview does not claim to compare the entire financing market or provide an independent recommendation.
Information sharing
The live form must identify the intended recipient and explain what project and contact information will be shared. The receiving partner applies its own privacy notice to its subsequent processing. The current preview does not transmit requests.
What this disclosure does not do
This description does not determine whether a license, registration, or other obligation applies to the operator. That assessment must consider the actual referral activity, compensation arrangements, transaction type, and relevant jurisdictions before launch.
