The equipment need

The renewable hydrogen producer was a container fleet intended to deliver its industrial customers.

These assets, already acquired from equity, tied up significant capital while the company had to continue to invest in its production units.

Financial management was looking for a solution to refinance these equipment without losing its use.

  • Hydrogen transport containers (tube-trailers)
  • Associated distribution equipment

The support described in the project

We have put in place a lease sale covering the container fleet already owned by the company.

The assets were transferred to the financial organization and immediately taken over for lease, without any interruption of operations.

The 84-month period was used to account for the long technical life of such equipment.

The reported operational outcome

The transaction converted fixed assets into available cash upon signature.

The containers remained in service and continued to deliver customers continuously.

The funds released were reallocated to the development of production capacity.

Applying the experience to a new project

Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
