Business premises

Workplace, fitness, and commercial furnishings.

Scope a project for office furnishings, commercial fitness equipment, and other equipment used in business premises.

Define the project scope

Identify furniture, workstations, fitness machines, storage, and other assets individually. Separate equipment from interior design, construction, membership software, and recurring services. Provide the supplier, premises address, legal business, and estimated budget.

Explain the operating plan

Describe whether the project equips a new location, replaces worn assets, or expands capacity. Include any installation requirements and expected usage. Where premises are rented, clarify landlord permissions and access for installation or later removal.

Review the end-of-term position

Review maintenance, damage standards, replacement components, relocation, and removal obligations. Equipment useful life, the premises lease, and the proposed financing period may not be the same; discuss those differences before choosing a structure.

Prepare the first conversation

These are project-preparation questions, not a statement that the equipment or applicant is eligible. Leaseworld can explore a possible introduction; the financing partner determines its scope and any proposed terms.

  • Is the equipment new or refurbished?
  • Who delivers, installs, and maintains it?
  • Does the business intend to keep it long term?
  • Are all items identifiable and separately priced?
