The equipment need

The supplier sold to operators of acrobatic parks, in height, all of the progress equipment invoiced upon delivery.

Depending on the size of the fleet, the investment ranged from a few thousand U.S. dollars (approximate equivalent) to less than $57,300, an immediate disbursement difficult to absorb at the beginning of the season.

Management was looking at whether a rental model allowed this cost to be spread over the actual life of the equipment, or about three years.

  • Acceleration equipment for height acrobatic routes
  • Renewable wear and tear sets
  • Associated security equipment

The support described in the project

We have put in place a leasing offer offered by the supplier to its customers at the time of sale, over a period of 36 months.

The lease payment is based on the estimated operating time of the equipment, which aligns the operator's disbursement to the period during which the equipment generates annual revenue.

The supplier is settled cmptent upon delivery, without itself bearing the financial portage or the risk of unpaid.

The low-value files were processed using a simplified procedure, with a policy response within 48 hours.

The reported operational outcome

The supplier now has a rental offer to present in front of each quote, without tying up its own liquidity.

The removal of the full payment on delivery removed the main obstacle to the renewal of the equipment at the beginning of the season.

The system works on both small volumes and larger orders, without a specific funding structure for each file.

Applying the experience to a new project

Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
