The equipment need
The company was facing a rapid increase in demand, particularly in its textile embroidery business.
It had already acquired part of its production equipment from its own funds, which weighed on its available liquidity.
This liquidity had to be restored without hampering the investments needed to keep pace with the business dynamic.
- Multi-head industrial embroidery machine
- Textile preparation and finishing equipment
The support described in the project
We have structured a leasing-back operation involving production equipment already paid for by the company.
The equipment was transferred to the financial partner and immediately made available to the company under a lease agreement.
The duration was set at 36 months in order to align the rental payments with the rate of invoicing of the workshop.
The financing structure was assessed on the basis of the accounting records for the last financial year, without any additional contribution.
The reported operational outcome
The company recovered part of the capital in its production tool.
The liquidity thus released has been allocated to the need for working capital linked to the growth of orders.
The equipment remained in place and in operation throughout the business.
A policy response was provided within 48 hours of receipt of the documents.
Applying the experience to a new project
Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
