The equipment need

A designer of office furniture wanted to offer his customers an alternative to buying in immobilisation, while telework and flex office require much more frequent adaptation of spaces.

The challenge was to finance high-end furniture while organising its second life, to meet the CSR expectations of large accounts.

  • High-end office furniture
  • Workstations and seats
  • Development of tertiary spaces

The support described in the project

We have structured a circular leasing contract integrating the financing, recovery, repair and reuse of furniture, including annual maintenance.

The traceability of the second life of the equipment has been documented to feed the customer's CSRD reporting.

The reported operational outcome

The designer signed his first major contract with a large group, which accessed high-end furniture without an initial heavy investment.

The offer, labeled CSR, opens up a new source of recurring revenue and a different argument in its market.

Applying the experience to a new project

Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
