The equipment need

An industrial business with a patented system sought to finance the deployment of about ten production lines for its distributors, for an investment of more than $1,150,000.

Each line, remaining its property, was to be made available under a contractual framework backed by annual revenue commitments.

  • Industrial production lines
  • Steel bar threading equipment

The support described in the project

We structured 60-month leasing financing, aligned on the proven economic model of each line.

The financing structure was backed up by the contractual commitments of the distributors in order to secure the business.

The reported operational outcome

The company was able to accelerate its export deployment without using its liquidity on the purchase of the lines.

Applying the experience to a new project

Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
