The equipment need
The agency managed a fleet of 2,000 clients, 75% of whom were already funded by leases, and its growth required finding a partner capable of absorbing a larger volume of files.
The model was based on intangible services, websites, referencing and maintenance, which traditional financial organisms rarely accept to finance alone.
A partner was required to process small-scale cases, on a recurring basis and with response times consistent with a short sales cycle.

The support described in the project
We have structured a sales financing offer allowing the agency to systematically offer leasing to its customers, for periods of 36 to 48 months.
The chosen financing structure combines creative delivery and associated services in a single contract, thus preventing the end customer from exiting cash on signature.
We aligned an accelerated decision circuit, with a 48-hour policy response on the fleet's standard records.
The reported operational outcome
The Agency now has a single partner to finance its sales and no longer has to distribute its files among several interlocutors.
The acceptance rate and regularity of responses ensured the commercial discourse of sales teams throughout the fleet.
The changeover to leasing removed the objection from the original budget and shortened the cycle of signing new contracts.
The partnership was designed to accompany the volume increase linked to the Agency's growth, without renegotiation at each new level.
Applying the experience to a new project
Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
