The equipment need
A health sector structure consulted with us to equip all of its teams with mobile computing equipment.
The requirement was for 80 professionally configured laptops, 60 smartphones and 80 external hard drives for data backup.
The main constraint was the timing: the entire park was to be operational within one to two months.
A purchase involving a significant portion of the cash on equipment with a useful life of not more than a few years has been secured.
The structure also wanted to be able to renew this fleet on maturity without supporting the resale of obsolete equipment.

- Accessories and associated peripherals
The support described in the project
We have retained leasing rather than leasing, better suited to fast obsolescence computing equipment.
The duration has been set at 36 months, aligned with the actual renewal cycle of this type of fleet.
The funding covers the entire lot, workstations, telephones and backup media, in a single contract.
We worked in parallel with the supplier consultation to ensure that the financing agreement was acquired before the order, not after.
The reported operational outcome
The park was delivered and put into service in the requested two-month window.
The structure's liquidity remained available for its current operating needs.
By the end of the 36-month period, the renewal of the fleet may be undertaken without resale operations to be managed.
Applying the experience to a new project
Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
