The equipment need

An air conditioning installer in the West regularly received requests for lease with a purchase option funding from its customers.

Its construction sites mainly concern establishments receiving from the public, restaurants in the lead.

These operators are engaged in air conditioning work that is constrained by the season and the regulations applicable to ERPs.

The installer wanted to know the solutions available so that they could be presented on an appointment.

He also needed to understand the steps and documents to be taken to prepare a file.

The support described in the project

We built a rental offer with purchase option backed by installation quotes.

The proposed durations range from 36 to 60 months, consistent with the life of the installed equipment.

The total cost financed covers equipment, installation and commissioning, rather than equipment alone.

We provided the installer with an accurate list of the parts expected to accelerate the funding structure of the applications.

A short circuit has been defined so that each request receives a quick response in the middle of the season.

The reported operational outcome

The installer now presents a monthly payment in its commercial proposals, next to the purchase price.

ERP operators equip their rooms without reducing the cash required for their day-to-day operations.

The option to purchase at the end of the contract leaves the choice between keeping the facility or renewing it.

The seasonality of the job sites is better absorbed, the decision no longer depends on the cash available at the time of the estimate.

Applying the experience to a new project

Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
