The equipment need

An international manufacturer of professional power tools, distributing via a network, wanted to offer its customers building and landscape artisans and small and medium-sized businesses access to equipment without acquiring assets.

The challenge was to simplify their liquidity management and reduce their maintenance costs.

  • Professional electro-portal tools
  • Cutting and drilling equipment
  • Landscaping equipment

The support described in the project

We have structured a long term rental for 36 or 48 months, with an all-inclusive service offer: fixed rental payment, full maintenance, warranty and insurance, with a controlled repair time.

The device was designed to fit into the manufacturer's distribution network.

The reported operational outcome

The manufacturer's rental activity has increased from 25 to 30% per year, with customers renewing their contracts over several cycles.

The offer has strengthened its brand image among building professionals.
