The equipment need
A wholesaler of kitchen equipment and equipment asked us for one of his customers, a food chain.
The wholesaler's commercial conditions imposed a 100% settlement on the order, which the customer could not assume immediately.
The sale was blocked while the need for equipment was real and immediate.
The customer had ruled out the traditional banking route and preferred to go to a leasing company.
- Culinary production machine
- Associated professional kitchen equipment
The support described in the project
We took over the final customer's file, as a single contact between the wholesaler and the user.
A 48-month leasing has been structured on the machine and its associated equipment.
The supplier was paid in full at the time of the order, in accordance with its terms and conditions of sale.
The restaurative operator, on the other hand, incurred only a monthly lease payment spread over the duration of the contract.
The reported operational outcome
The sale, which was previously blocked by a payment constraint, could be concluded.
The wholesaler was paid cash without derogation from his own commercial conditions.
The catering chain put the machine into production without advancing the entire price.
This financing structure is now a commercial reflex for the supplier in the face of customers with strained liquidity.
Applying the experience to a new project
Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
