The equipment need
An agricultural exploit was offered two second-hand shredders of 2020, one with teeth and the other with discs, following the cessation of the activity of a neighbouring farm.
The total amount was less than $57,300 before tax, still to be specified at the time of contact.
This investment was not included in the current campaign funding plan.
The operator did not want to mobilise its liquidity or start its existing banking lines to seize this opportunity.
The request was explicitly for a 72-month long spread to contain the monthly payment.

The support described in the project
We have structured a leasing of used equipment, a category that many organizations rule out.
The application was completed for 72 months, in accordance with the operator's initial request.
The recovery value was validated on the basis of the actual status of the two tools and their year of commissioning.
The financing has been aligned to leave the bank credit facilities of the business intact.
The purchase option at the end of the contract allows the operator to permanently retain the two scavengers.
The reported operational outcome
The business was able to seize the opportunity without significant initial disbursement.
The 72-month monthly payment remains absorbable by the farm's income.
The stock of soil-working equipment was renewed at a much lower cost than the new one.
The bank borrowing capacity of the holding remained available for projects already planned.
Applying the experience to a new project
Use this case to identify the equipment, timing and ownership questions relevant to your own investment. The historical scope and term are specific to the project described. For a new U.S. project, identify the contracting business, installation state, supplier quote and preferred use period; available structures require a separate assessment.
